General question here. when on the server used to be able to just do /ns /cs and others now for some odd reason i have to type /msg nickserv help and all the others. The company that hosts the server changed systems and reinstalled everything for me, But thinking there is something they forgot in the configs somewhere. any ideas?

in your networks settings file you need to specify the correct name for the services server.

/ns, /cs, /chanserv etc are secure aliases for /msg NickServ@ServerName and /msg ChanServ@ServerName to ensure that you never end up sending to a fake services client.

Whois NickServ, get the correct server name and place it in your networks settings file. Then rehash from command line or /rehash dynconf
