Just curious to know if Ultimate has stopped development or on halt as the last release was over a year ago, was looking forward to a new release.

Development is slow and has been for the past two years.

It has not however stopped as i have no intention of dropping support nor dropping development completely.
Since i am however the only remaining member of the team, things have been slow while real life has taken it's toll on me.

Development will continue, as will support, and patches are welcome ;)
