Segmentation fault on Server connecting HUB <-> HUB

Hello,

I have the following problem.
If 2 HUB's connects to each other than I get segmentation fault: *** Server Notice -- Aieeee!!! Server terminating: Segmention fault (buf: PONG :2C74A375)

only the one server is going everytime down, which is installed on SuSe10. The other one in RH9 doesn't terminate. Using same version/source.

What could the problem be?

Offhand i would suspect that SuSE 10 ships with a gcc version that 2.8 might have some conflicts with.
I currently don't have a SuSE 10 box at my disposal to do testing unfortunately :(

Would the be any chance you could try out 3.0.1 and see if you experience the same problem?
