Proposal: to have a umode +z similar to Unreal3.2's umode +z that
marks a client as having a secure connection.
From this it is possible to have only clients on a secure connection being
allowed to join a channel via chanmode +z. (In the same way as +R
allows only registered users to join)

Clients who connect trough SSL enabled ports will automatically be marked as being on a secure connection and there also already is a channelmode (+S) to allow only clients on SSL to join.

An example...

sidewinder is using modes +isw +s
sidewinder is using a secure connection (SSL)

The second s on the first line indicates the server mode, & the second line gets appended to your whois if your on a secure connection :)
