1. It will be cool to have a tunable timed auto-away (it is very optional but useful).
Honestly i do feel that this belongs in the client, not to mention just about all clients do have an auto away feature built in, or allow it to be done easily via scripts.
Adding this to the IRCd could play havoc on clients and/or scripts, so i honestly don't think this is a good idea.
2. Also it could be nice to have a +W usermode available for everyone (maybe it already is and I`m too lame to tune it
) I know that it is also possible to solve this using services but IMO it is better if its daemon level.
I'm not sure i see any usefull implications of allowing normal users to receive a notice everytime a Whois is carried out on them. It is most likely just going to confuse and annoy them, especially given the amount of automated whois requests are done by clients and scripts onjoin etc. For operators it serves a purpose where they can be used to determine if someone is trying to identify IRC Operators or the likes amongst other things.
3. It will be just wonderful to see "native" services by your team. (point me if there are and i`ve just said crap
)
It would be nice, and the thought have crossed my mind several times. It basically boils down to lack of time and energy. I'm already having a hard enough time as it is to keep up with my projects to add another one to the list.
4. It would be great if you had good docimentation...
All too true. Unfortunately it basically boils down to time and energy again. I usually find myself writing code instead of spending time documenting it

That said, we do have a wiki at
http://wiki.shadow-realm.org where anyone can contribute to improve the currently scarce documentation.
